About the role

You are an experienced IT administrator or support professional who’s passionate about working in the Cyber Security space. As a motivated go-getter, you will be driven to learn and grow your career within the financial sector. Don’t worry if you haven’t worked in Cyber Security previously, our highly experienced team are here to train, mentor and support you every step of the way.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting with the implementation of our Cyber Security Strategy and associated Roadmap work packages
• Delivery of access control requests deployment of security models
• Day to day management of the vulnerability management framework
• Implement improvements to incident response activities
• Communicating with our outsourced Security Operations Centre
• Assisting with the maintenance of cyber policy and standards and organisational
• wide cyber processes
• Co-ordinating audit and remediation activities
• Assisting, participating and/or leading security awareness activities across the business.

About you

This is a development opportunity so you will be an ideal applicant if you are truly passionate about expanding your career into the growing field of cyber security and can demonstrate:

• Professional experience a similar IT and/or technical environment
• Understanding of associated industry and regulatory frameworks
• Technical understanding or exposure to servers, networks desk btops and/or the management of cloud services
• Well-developed communication skills and an ability to communicate technical terms to non-technical audiences
• Highly motivated, a self-starter, a willingness to learn new things and think outside the box
